Cabin Classes

Coach

Coach Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 31 inches. The in-flight menu includes complimentary soft drink, juice and tea. Hot meals, picnic packs and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Flights to and from Hawaii have a different in-flight menu. Wireless internet access is available to purchase on select flights. Portable audio/video on demand digEplayers offering a range of movies and TV shows and laptops are available to hire while on board. Coach Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage limited by size and must purchase the amount of checked baggage they wish to take. Each piece of checked baggage must weigh under 22kg. First

First Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 36 to 37 inches depending on the aircraft. Passengers are provided with pillows. The in-flight menu includes a complimentary 3-course meal and a range of beverages including alcohol. Flights to and from Hawaii have a different in-flight menu. Wireless internet access is available to purchase on select flights. Portable audio/video on demand digEplayers offering a range of movies and TV shows, and laptops are available to hire for no extra charge.
Baggage
Coach Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage limited by size and must purchase the amount of checked baggage they wish to take. Each piece of checked baggage must weigh under 22kg. Club Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage limited by size and 2 pieces of 22kg (each) checked baggage. Please refer to the airline for more details.
Check-in Options
Alaska Airlines offers web and mobile check-in from 24 hours to 1 hour before departure time. If checking in at the airport, check-in closes 60 minutes before departure time for all international flights.
Rewards Program
The Mileage Plan rewards program allows members to earn points when they fly with Alaska Airlines, their affiliated airlines or shop with their business partners including hotels, car hire companies and credit card programs. Accumulated points can be used towards flight upgrades, extra baggage, priority treatment and other benefits with Alaska Airlines and their affiliated partners.
Lounges
Alaska Airlines has Board Room lounges located in Anchorage, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. These lounges include private work stations, wireless internet access and business facilities. Board Rooms serve complimentary snacks and a range of beverages including coffee, juices, beer, wine and cocktails. Board Room members have access to the lounge. Day passes to the lounge can also be purchased.
